Ring sizing
Most jewelers size to the half size, while some size to the quarter size. We are so precise that we size to the 1/8 size! Ring sizing guidance.
When rings are sized the curvature of the ring changes, loosening the prongs that hold your stones. For your security, we take the extra step to tighten every prong on every stone, no extra charge!
Our ring sizing service also includes cleaning and polishing, and rhodium plating white gold jewelry.

Chain and clasp repair
Chains can break if they get caught, pulled, or after many years of wear. Our repair includes checking the security of the remaining links. We'll also make sure your clasp is secure. If it's not, we'll repair or replace it!

Prongs and crowns
Prongs are the metal that holds your diamonds securely in place, and they wear away over time. We add new metal, called retipping. For your security, we'll sometimes recommend removing and replacing the entire piece that holds your diamond, called a crown.

Re-shanking
The back portion of a ring, called a shank, can crack or break. If the metal is still thick, the damage may be the result of sizing issues, and we’ll repair it. If the metal is thin, we’ll replace it with a new, durable shank for many more years of wear.

Missing diamonds
Diamonds and gemstones fall out due to manufacturing quality, receiving impact, or the age of the jewelry. At Fox Fine Jewelry, we replace compromised prongs, and set a similar quality diamond. For your security, we check the tightness of your other stones.
